1. What these terms cover

These terms govern use of monpetitchou.shop to browse the catalogue and buy clothing and accessories. By sending an order or a form you confirm you have read this text and the Privacy Policy. The contract is with MON PETIT CHOU CO. LIMITED, a Hong Kong company. Hong Kong law applies.

2. Accuracy of details

Checkout data must be true. A wrong invoice name or address can delay the invoice or the courier. We may refuse an order if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

3. Prices and stock

Prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Availability is that of the moment we confirm payment. An obvious pricing error may be cancelled, with a refund, as Hong Kong consumer law requires.

4. Orders and payment

The sale is formed when we confirm payment. You may pay by Faster Payment System (FPS), Visa or Mastercard, or bank transfer. FPS is usually confirmed shortly after transfer. Cards are processed securely. Bank transfer typically takes 1 business day. Until funds clear, the order stays pending.

5. Delivery and returns

Times and fees are in the Delivery policy. Cooling-off, size change and defects follow Returns & exchanges and applicable Hong Kong retail rules.

6. Intellectual property

The MON PETIT CHOU name, texts, layout and photographs on this site belong to MON PETIT CHOU CO. LIMITED or its licensors. Do not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

7. Conduct

You must not attack the site, harvest other people’s data, or use the contact channel for spam. We may refuse abusive correspondence.

8. Limits

The site may be down for maintenance. We are not liable for your network faults or those of a payment operator beyond what Hong Kong law requires.

9. Forum

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Consumer disputes: the courts of Hong Kong, without limiting any non-excludable rights. Other disputes: the courts of Hong Kong, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.
