Returns & exchanges

This policy describes how MON PETIT CHOU handles change of mind, size exchange and defective goods for distance sales to customers in Hong Kong. It does not take away rights you have under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457) or other Hong Kong consumer law.

1. Change of mind (7 days)

You may withdraw from a purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the piece, provided it is unused, with tags, and in the original packing where practicable. Tell us through the contact form or email business@monpetitchou.shop, with the order number.

2. Size or model exchange

Besides change of mind, we accept one size exchange per order within 7 days of receipt, subject to stock. If the size is gone, we refund the piece and the original delivery fee where that is fair.

3. How to send it back

After you write, we send a return label or a posting address. Do not send a parcel without that instruction: unmarked volumes can be lost. Keep the courier receipt.

4. Cost of the return journey

For change of mind and size exchange, return postage may be deducted or agreed in the note we send — except where the goods are defective, in which case MON PETIT CHOU bears reasonable return transport.

5. Defect or mismatch

If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault or a serious mismatch with the listing, you may ask for repair, replacement or refund as Hong Kong sale-of-goods rules allow. Photograph the problem and contact us within 48 hours of noticing an obvious defect.

6. What we do not treat as change of mind

A piece that has been worn, washed, torn, returned without a tag when the tag was needed for resale, or sent back late, may be refused. Strong perfume or smoke also blocks a return to stock.

7. Refunds

FPS and card refunds follow the payment channel, usually within 10 business days after we receive and check the piece. Bank transfer: credit to an account in the same name as the order.
