Delivery policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver within Hong Kong: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and the Outlying Islands. We do not offer a walk-in counter. The address on checkout — floor / unit, building (if any), street, district and region — is the courier destination.

2. When we post

After payment is confirmed (FPS, card or bank transfer), we pick and post within 2 business days. Transit time starts from posting, not from the click on Confirm order.

3. Transit times

Hong Kong Island and Kowloon: usually 1 to 3 business days after posting. New Territories: 2 to 4 business days. Outlying Islands: 3 to 6 business days, subject to ferry and weather. These are estimates; delays on the courier network are emailed when we know them.

4. Delivery fee

The fee appears in the cart and at checkout. Hong Kong delivery is a flat HK$40. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of HK$800 or more ship free. There is no extra cash-on-delivery charge.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is sent to the email on the order when the courier confirms collection. Keep the order reference for any enquiry.

6. Nobody at the address

The courier may try more than once. If nobody receives the parcel, it may return to us. Contact us to arrange a new run; a redelivery fee may apply if the address was incomplete or wrong.

7. Damage or loss

If the packing is torn, refuse it or note it on the receipt. Photograph the issue and write to business@monpetitchou.shop within 48 hours. Replacement or refund follows our returns page and Hong Kong consumer protection rules.

8. More than one piece

Items on the same order leave together when stock allows. Rarely a volume ships separately; we say so by email.
